Built by bread BootCamps are one hour of an intense full body workout.  Through strategically planned resistance & cardio exercises the class will have you burning an absurd amount of calories while maximizing muscle building. BootCamp is challenging, but opened to all fitness levels.  The class starts with a dynamic movements then transfers over to a stationary warm up where you move at your own pace.  After we have our bodies prepped for exercise I demonstrate the exercises and it’s into round 1!  All Bootcamp classes have a minimum of 2 rounds.  Each round is done 2x so that there is a chance for everyone to learn the exact movements and get comfortable.  The rounds consist of stations that depend on the number of participants in the class.  If there are 5 people signed up then there will be 5 exercises per round.  Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds with 15 seconds to rest & set up appropriately at the next station.  After each round is completed there is a 1 minute restroom & water break.  After the rounds of exercise are performed I announce the BootCamp challenge.  Each week I select a competitive exercise that will be performed and whichever participant completes it the best or has the best time/ results wins a FREE BootCamp class.  This can then be used for a later class.
