Get ready for a total lower body workout! This hour long class is focused on building a strong foundation. Exercises to grow, shape, & sculpt the legs and booty. Start off by stretching & getting nice and limber. Then you will go into 2 rounds of different workouts varying from plyometric movements to resistance training. Your legs and butt will be thanking you for the next couple of days guaranteed!
